Description
|
ALK/P80 Human Recombinant (aa 426-528) expressed in E.coli, shows a 37 kDa band on SDS-PAGE(including GST tag). The ALK/P80 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Introduction: ALK/p80 is a human p80 protein, identified as a hybrid of the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene and the nucleophosmin (NPM) gene resulting from the t(2,5)(p23,q35) translocation found in a third of large cell lymphomas. Synonyms: ALK/P80 Protein, ALK/P80, p80 protein, anaplastic lymphoma kinase, ALK, nucleophosmin, NPM.
