    Background
CINP, also known as Cyclin-dependent kinase 2-interacting protein, belongs to the CINP family. This protein interacts with the components of the replication complex and 2 kinases, CDK2 and CDC7, thereby providing a functional and physical link between CDK2 and CDC7 during firing of the origins of replication. Recombinant human CINP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. Synonyms: Cyclin-dependent kinase 2-interacting protein, CDK2-interacting protein. NCBI no.: NP_116019
    Molecular Weight
26.4 kDa (232aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher)
