- Background
- CETN3 contains four EF-hand calcium binding domains, and is a member of the centrin protein family. This protein is ubiquitously expressed cytoskeletal components that show increased expression during cell differentiation. It plays a role in centrosome reproduction. Recombinant human CETN3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Synonyms: CEN3, Centrin-3. NCBI no.: NP_004356
