    Background
Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein, also known as VASP, is a member of the Ena-VASP protein family. VASP is associated with filamentous actin formation and likely plays a widespread role in cell adhesion and motility. VASP may also be involved in the intracellular signaling pathways that regulate integrin-extracellular matrix interactions. Recombinant human VASP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Synonyms: Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein,. 37.5kDa (363aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher)
    Pathways
TCR Signaling, Regulation of Actin Filament Polymerization, Tube Formation
