Human Monoclonal CDC42EP2 Primary Antibody for ELISA, WB - ABIN564542
Schnack, Danzer, Hengerer, Gillardon: Protein array analysis of oligomerization-induced changes in alpha-synuclein protein-protein interactions points to an interference with Cdc42 effector proteins. in Neuroscience 2008
Regulation of neurogenesis by Fgf8a requires Cdc42 (show CDC42 Antibodies) signaling and a novel Cdc42 effector (show FNBP1L Antibodies) protein
Studies indicate some of the functional and mechanistic roles of the binder of Rho GTPases Borg1-5 proteins (Cdc42EP1 (show CDC42EP1 Antibodies)-5), including cytoskeletal remodelling and signalling.
CDC42EP2 is upregulated in human PDLCs subjected to tensile stress related to mechano-induced cell cycle arrest.
activations of Rac1 and Cdc42 (show CDC42 Antibodies) are involved in the hypoxia-induced production of angiogenesis-promoting factors and tumor suppressors, and suggest that the Rho family GTPases Rac1 and Cdc42 (show CDC42 Antibodies) may contribute to the hypoxia-mediated angiogenesis.
CDC42, a small Rho GTPase, regulates the formation of F-actin-containing structures through its interaction with the downstream effector proteins. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Borg family of CDC42 effector proteins. Borg family proteins contain a CRIB (Cdc42/Rac interactive-binding) domain. They bind to, and negatively regulate the function of CDC42. Coexpression of this protein with CDC42 suggested a role of this protein in actin filament assembly and cell shape control.
