More ELISA Kits for SPTBN1 Interaction Partners

Mouse (Murine) Spectrin Beta, Non-Erythrocytic 1 (SPTBN1) interaction partners

  1. The findings showed that beta-2 spectrin plays a crucial role in hepatocyte proliferation, which contributes to liver regeneration. PI3K/Akt was involved in TGFbeta/Smad signalling pathway through the interaction with Smad proteins and beta-2 spectrin.

  2. These data reveal that embryonic liver fodrin is involved in hepatic stellate cell activation and the formation of regenerative nodules derived from hepatic progenitor cells in cirrhotic liver.

  3. Results of this study provide evidence for a role for spectrin in different steps of megakaryocyte development through its participation in the formation of invaginated membranes and in the maintenance of proplatelet structure.

  4. costamere-association of dynactin-4 did not require dystrophin but did depend on beta2 spectrin and ankyrin-B, whereas costamere association of ankyrin-B required beta2 spectrin

  5. ELF is involved in the pathogenesis of primary biliary cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.

  6. Data show that Spnb2 [beta2SP(+/-)] mice are born with many phenotypic characteristics observed in BW (show CDKN1C ELISA Kits)S patients, suggesting that beta2SP mutant mice phenocopy BWS, and beta2SP loss could be one of the mechanisms associated with BWS.

  7. downregulated expression in T cells following treatment with bis (show BAG3 ELISA Kits)(tri (show VANGL2 ELISA Kits)-n-butylin)oxide (TBTO), an immunotoxic organotin

  8. results point to ELF as an essential adaptor protein required for key events in the propagation of TGF-beta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) signaling

  9. interaction between members of the ankyrin and beta-spectrin families previously established in erythrocytes and axon initial segments also occurs in neonatal cardiomyocytes with ankyrin-B and beta(2)-spectrin.

  10. In response to ELF deficiency, the abnormalities of G1/S checkpoint and senescence contribute their increment of susceptibility to malignant transformation.

Human Spectrin Beta, Non-Erythrocytic 1 (SPTBN1) interaction partners

  1. TGF-beta1 (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) and ELF protein are potential and reliable biomarkers for predicting prognosis in HCC (show FAM126A ELISA Kits) patients after hepatic resection.

  2. betaII spectrin is critical for normal myocyte electric activity. Dysfunction in the betaII spectrin-dependent cytoskeleton in cardiomyocytes contributes to human arrhythmia.

  3. decreased SPTBN1 and kallistatin (show SERPINA4 ELISA Kits) gene expression associated with decreased relapse-free survival in hepatocellular carcinoma

  4. in human HCC (show FAM126A ELISA Kits) tissues, SPTBN1 expression correlated negatively with expression levels of STAT3 (show STAT3 ELISA Kits), ATF3 (show ATF3 ELISA Kits), and CREB2 (show ATF4 ELISA Kits); SMAD3 (show SMAD3 ELISA Kits) expression correlated negatively with STAT3 (show STAT3 ELISA Kits) expression

  5. genetic association study in population of 1,012 Han women in China: Data suggest that an SNP in SPTBN1 (rs11898505) is associated with osteoporotic fractures and bone mineral density of lumbar spine in aging women.

  6. These results suggest that alpha-synuclein (show SNCA ELISA Kits) modulates neurite outgrowth by interacting with cytoskeletal proteins such as SPTBN1.

  7. Results suggest that it is possible for cellular proteins to differentially associate with the C-termini of different beta-spectrin isoforms to regulate alpha- and beta-spectrin association to form functional spectrin tetramers.

  8. Results suggest that epigenetic silencing of SPTBN1 (beta2SP) is a new potential causal factor in BWS (show CDKN1C ELISA Kits) patients.

  9. reduced SPTBN1 expression correlated with shorter survival of pancreatic cancer patients, suggesting a tumor suppressor function of this gene

  10. High affinity and slow overall kinetics of association/dissociation of beta II-spectrin may suit it well to a role in strengthening cell junctions and providing stable anchorage for transmembrane proteins at points specified by cell-adhesion molecules.

SPTBN1 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Spectrin is an actin crosslinking and molecular scaffold protein that links the plasma membrane to the actin cytoskeleton, and functions in the determination of cell shape, arrangement of transmembrane proteins, and organization of organelles. It is composed of two antiparallel dimers of alpha- and beta- subunits. This gene is one member of a family of beta-spectrin genes. The encoded protein contains an N-terminal actin-binding domain, and 17 spectrin repeats which are involved in dimer formation. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
