More ELISA Kits for CD45 Interaction Partners

Human Protein tyrosine Phosphatase, Receptor Type, C (PTPRC) interaction partners

  1. Use of the common leukocyte marker CD45 increases the sensitivity of the diagnosis of lymphocytic myocarditis.

  2. Review/Meta-analysis: Rheumatoid arthritis patients with PTPRC rs10919563 A allele show a poor response to anti-TNF (show TNF ELISA Kits) therapy.

  3. Data suggest that CD41 and CD45 expression marked the onset of haemangioblastoma (HB) neovascularisation and the stepwise development of the angioformative period, and also the underlying therapeutic targets of anti-vascular treatment.

  4. PTPRC has become the most replicated genetic biomarker of response to TNF (show TNF ELISA Kits) inhibitors

  5. CD45RO+ memory T-cells produce IL-17 (show IL17A ELISA Kits) in patients with atherosclerosis.

  6. Data show the structural basis for, and the potent signaling effects of, local CD45 antigen and kinase segregation.

  7. a CD45+/CD19 (show CD19 ELISA Kits) - cell population in bone marrow aspirates correlated with the clinical outcome of patients with mantle cell lymphoma.

  8. High CD45 expression is associated with multiple myeloma.

  9. C77G T(reg (show EXTL3 ELISA Kits)) showed diminished upregulation of activation markers, lower phosphorylation of p56(lck (show LCK ELISA Kits))(Y505) and a reduced proliferative potential when stimulated with anti-TcR or anti-TcR plus CD28 (show CD28 ELISA Kits) mAb suggesting decreased responsiveness to activating stimuli. Data suggest that the changes in CD45 isoform combination resulting from the C77G mutation alter the responsiveness

  10. Findings indicate that CD45 antigen(+) and c-Kit (show KIT ELISA Kits) protein(+) hematopoietic cells were more abundant in muscle than in bone marrow between embryonic 14.5 and 17.5 days.

Mouse (Murine) Protein tyrosine Phosphatase, Receptor Type, C (PTPRC) interaction partners

  1. Increased numbers of CD4 (show CD4 ELISA Kits)(+)CD45RA(-)FoxP3 (show FOXP3 ELISA Kits)(low) cells may cause an imbalance between Treg and Th17 cells that is mainly localized to the colon.

  2. Use of the common leukocyte marker CD45 increases the sensitivity of the diagnosis of lymphocytic myocarditis.

  3. Aging induces loss of stemness with concomitant gain of myogenic properties of a pure population of CD34 (show CD34 ELISA Kits)+/CD45- muscle derived stem cells.

  4. deletion of Pten in CD45-expressing cells induces development of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma, but not other hematologic malignancies

  5. A noncatalytic role for CD45 in regulating tonic, but not antigen-mediated, B-cell antigen receptor (BCR (show BCR ELISA Kits)) signaling through modulation of the function of the inhibitory coreceptor CD22 (show CD22 ELISA Kits), was identified.

  6. CD45 ligation specifically reduced Treg motility in an integrin-dependent manner, resulting in enhanced interactions between Tregs and DCs in vivo.

  7. Data (including data from genome-wide mutagenesis studies) suggest that nonsense mutation in Ptprc is a susceptibility trait for herpes simplex encephalitis due to Herpesvirus 1; this effect appears to be mediated by Th1 (show HAND1 ELISA Kits) cells and the brain stem.

  8. These findings demonstrate a novel role for CD45 on innate immune cells in promoting lymphopenia-induced T cell proliferation and suggest that innate immune cells may communicate with stromal cells to regulate IL-7 (show IL7 ELISA Kits) production.

  9. Expressing CD45 promoters containing these regions and tethered to green fluorescent protein (GFP) in a primary B-cell differentiation assay and a transplantation model resulted in high levels of GFP in lymphoid, myeloid, and nucleated erythroid cells

  10. identified a novel CD45 phosphorylation event in hematopoietic progenitor cells that correlated with motile response and governed by the chemotactic factor CXCL12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits)

CD45 (PTPRC) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitosis, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and thus is classified as a receptor type PTP. This PTP has been shown to be an essential regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling. It functions through either direct interaction with components of the antigen receptor complexes, or by activating various Src family kinases required for the antigen receptor signaling. This PTP also suppresses JAK kinases, and thus functions as a regulator of cytokine receptor signaling. Alternatively spliced transcripts variants of this gene, which encode distinct isoforms, have been reported.
