More ELISA Kits for EPH Receptor B6 Interaction Partners

Mouse (Murine) EPH Receptor B6 (EPHB6) interaction partners

  1. Colitis significantly downregulates Ephb6 expression in the neurons of the spinal dorsal horn.

  2. T-cell development in EphB6 knockout mice

  3. EphB6 is pivotal in T cell function as shown by its null mutation

Human EPH Receptor B6 (EPHB6) interaction partners

  1. EphB6 is a new biomarker for distinguishing high- and low-grade ovarian serous carcinoma, and may be a potential prognostic marker in ovarian serous carcinomas.

  2. EphB6 also interacts with the Hsp90 chaperone (show HSP90 ELISA Kits).

  3. These findings implicate EphB6 as a negative regulator of EphA2 (show EPHA2 ELISA Kits) oncogenic signaling.

  4. We demonstrate that EphB6 reexpression forces metastatic melanoma cells to deviate from the canonical migration pattern observed in the chick embryo transplant model

  5. Results suggest that erythropoietin (show EPO ELISA Kits)-producing hepatocyte (Eph) receptor B6 (EphB6) may represent a useful tissue biomarker for the prediction of survival rate in colorectal cancers (CRCs).

  6. Studies clearly demonstrate an inverse relationship between the levels of phospho-ERK (show EPHB2 ELISA Kits) and the abundance of cadherin 17, beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) and phospho-GSK3beta in EPHB6-expressing MDA-MB-231 cells.

  7. Data found significant correlations between ephA2 (show EPHA2 ELISA Kits), ephA4 (show EPHA4 ELISA Kits), ephA7 (show EPHA7 ELISA Kits), ephB4 (show EPHB4 ELISA Kits), and ephB6 and overall and/or recurrence-free survival in large microarray datasets.

  8. Our work shows that EphB3 (show EPHB3 ELISA Kits) is consistently expressed by malignant T lymphocytes, most frequently in combination with EphB6, and that stimulation with their common ligands strongly suppresses Fas (show FAS ELISA Kits)-induced apoptosis in these cells.

  9. The alterations in miRNAs and their target mRNAs also suggest indirect involvement of EphB6 in PI3K (show PIK3CA ELISA Kits)/Akt (show AKT1 ELISA Kits)/mTOR (show FRAP1 ELISA Kits) pathways.

  10. results indicate that tumor invasiveness-suppressing activity of EPHB6 is mediated by its ability to sequester other kinase-sufficient and oncogenic EPH (show EPHA1 ELISA Kits) receptors

EPH Receptor B6 (EPHB6) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Ephrin receptors and their ligands, the ephrins, mediate numerous developmental processes, particularly in the nervous system. Based on their structures and sequence relationships, ephrins are divided into the ephrin-A (EFNA) class, which are anchored to the membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol linkage, and the ephrin-B (EFNB) class, which are transmembrane proteins. The Eph family of receptors are divided into 2 groups based on the similarity of their extracellular domain sequences and their affinities for binding ephrin-A and ephrin-B ligands. Ephrin receptors make up the largest subgroup of the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. The ephrin receptor encoded by this gene lacks the kinase activity of most receptor tyrosine kinases and binds to ephrin-B ligands.
