Application Notes ELISA: 1 μg/mL, allows the detection of 1- 5.0 ng/well of recombinant rat VEGF-D. Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL, it will detect 10-50 ng/lane of recombinant human and ratVEGF-D under reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
