Application Notes Immunoblotting. RIA. Immunohistochemistry (1: 5-1: 10) on frozen and paraffin-embedded sections, nopretreatment required. Dilution buffer: PBS with 1 % BSA and 0.1 % Na-Azide. Recommended positive control: Adenocarcinoma of the breast.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
