|Background||MME, also known as Neprilysin or CALLA for common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen, is a Metallopeptidase M13 type protease. MME functions as a peptidase and inactivates several peptide hormones including glucagon, enkephalins, substance P, neurotensin, oxytocin, and bradykinin. ELISA (1/10000). Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections (1/200-1/400). Immunohistochemistry onParaffin Sections (1/100-1/200). Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100 °C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1xTBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
