The protein encoded by TNS1 localizes to focal adhesions, regions of the plasma membrane where the cell attaches to the extracellular matrix. Additionally we are shipping Tensin 1 Antibodies (48) and Tensin 1 Proteins (3) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 1 out of 2 products:
miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-548j functions as a metastasis-promoting miRNA to regulate breast cancer cell invasion and metastasis by targeting Tensin1 and activating Cdc42 (show CDC42 ELISA Kits).
TNS1 plays an essential role in TGF-beta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits)-induced myofibroblast differentiation.
TNS1, MET, and TRKC (show NTRK3 ELISA Kits) tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins are upregulated during epithelial-mesenchymal transition induced with TGF-beta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits), and predict the outcome in lung adenocarcinoma patients.
TNS1 polymorphism associated with COPD (show ARCN1 ELISA Kits) risk and lung function decline
data demonstrate that tensin1 is extensively phosphorylated on Ser (show SIGLEC1 ELISA Kits)/Thr (show TRH ELISA Kits) residues in cells and phosphorylation by p38 MAPK (show MAPK14 ELISA Kits) regulates the specificity of the tensin1 Src (show SRC ELISA Kits) homology 2 domain for binding to different proteins
The expression of tensin is increased in mesangial cells with stimulating of high concentrations of glucose.
Data show expression of TNS1, GSTCD, AGER (show AGER ELISA Kits), HTR4 (show HTR4 ELISA Kits) and THSD4 (show THSD4 ELISA Kits) in lung tissue and indicate potential targets for interventions to alleviate respiratory disease.
Results suggest that PP1alpha (show PPP1CA ELISA Kits) bound to tensin1 has effects in reducing migration and invasion that are not mediated through DLC-1, and show the importance of PP1alpha (show PPP1CA ELISA Kits) binding to tensin1 for the regulation of cell polarization, migration, and invasion.
Tensin may play important roles in mesangial ECM (show MMRN1 ELISA Kits) production through an adhesion complex with integrin alpha5, FAK (show PTK2 ELISA Kits), and vinculin (show VCL ELISA Kits).
Results suggest that the protein-tyrosine phosphatase (show ACP1 ELISA Kits) domain of tensin exhibits isoform-specific association with PP1alpha (show PPP1CA ELISA Kits) in a restricted spatial region of adhesions that are formed during cell migration.
studies demonstrate that TNS1 binds to DLC1 (show DLC1 ELISA Kits) and fine-tunes its RhoGAP activity toward RhoA (show RHOA ELISA Kits) and that the TNS1-DLC1 (show DLC1 ELISA Kits)-RhoA (show RHOA ELISA Kits) signaling axis is critical in regulating cellular functions that lead to angiogenesis
The protein encoded by this gene localizes to focal adhesions, regions of the plasma membrane where the cell attaches to the extracellular matrix. This protein crosslinks actin filaments and contains a Src homology 2 (SH2) domain, which is often found in molecules involved in signal transduction. This protein is a substrate of calpain II. A second transcript from this gene has been described, but its full length nature has not been determined.
