The Mouse Monoclonal anti-Streptococcus Group A antibody is suitable to detect Streptococcus Group A in samples from Streptococcus. It has been validated for EIA and ID.
ELISA: A 1 mg/mL solution has been used at dilutions up to 1/50,000 in a simple EIA. Radial immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
