Alternative Name TAAR1 (TAAR1 Antibody Abstract)
Background TAAR1/TA1 is a Trace Amine Receptor activated by tyramine and beta-PEA. TAAR1/TA1 is likely to be involved in regulation of blood pressure, electrolyte homeostasis, and in controlling mood. An allelic variant of TAAR1/TA1 has been identified.Synonyms: TA1, TAR1, TRAR1, TaR-1, Trace amine receptor 1, Trace amine-associated receptor 1
Gene ID 134864
UniProt Q96RJ0
Application Notes Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry with formalin-fixed paraffin embedded section: 6-15 μg/mL Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100 °C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature.
Other applications not tested.
