Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 50 kDa band in human liver lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.9 kDa according to NP_000653. The 50 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
