Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa and 60 kDa in lysates of HeLa cell lines after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.1. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).
