Application Notes: Approximately 30 kDa band observed in rat brain lysates. an approximately 80 kDa band was observed in human, mouse and rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 31.2 kDa according to NP_005268.1). The observed 80 kDa band corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 0.5-2 μg/mL.
