Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 23 kDa band inA431, A549 and HeLa lysate after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining.2. The 23 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human tonsil shows cytoplam staining in the parenchyma. Recommended concentration, 4-6 μg/mL.
