Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 22 kDa band observed in human kidney lysates (predicted MW of 24 kDa according to NP_006445). Recommended for use at 0.5-2 μg/mL. Please note the appearance of this band was blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
