Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in rat retina lysates (calculated MW of 60.9 kDa according to human NP_000320.1 and 61.0 kDa according to rat NP_446014.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL.
