Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 45 kDa band observed in human heart lysates (calculated MW of 42.6 kDa according to NP_473429.2). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Approximately 45 kDa band observed in mouse heart lysates (calculated MW of 42.6 kDa according to human NP_473429.2 and to mouse NP_473429.2). Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human Skin shows membranous staining of basak kayer cells. Recommended concentration, 4-6 μg/mL.
