  • Application Notes
    Approved: IHC, IHC-P (5 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:128000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 125kD band in Human Liver lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 104kD according to the largest fragment C3 alpha chain (aa672-1663). Although this fragment is glycosylated, we have not yet found support in the literature for the observed size. The 125kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
