DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 80 kDa band in lysates of cell lines Jurkat and MOLT4 after 0.2 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 60.6 kDa according to NP_060072.1. The 80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
