Immunogen Recombinant prokaryotic fusion protein corresponding to the external domain of the CD5 molecule.

Type of Immunogen: Recombinant protein
Clone 4C7
Isotype IgG1, kappa
Specificity Is specific to CD5 antigen. It stains a cell surface glycoprotein of 67 kD present on 95 % of thymocytes and 72 % of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The CD5 is expressed by many T cell leukemias, lymphomas and activated T cells. This antibody can be used for the detection of T cell acute lymphocytic leukemias.
Purification Tissue culture supernatant
