Purification Immunogen affinity purified
Alternative Name FANCF (FANCF Antibody Abstract)
Background Gene Symbol: FANCF
Gene ID 2188
NCBI Accession NP_073562
Research Area DNA/RNA, Chromatin and Nuclear Signaling
Application Notes Western Blot 0.1 - 0.5 μg/mL, Peptide ELISA Detection limit 1:32000WB: In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing full-length human FANCF (myc and DYKDDDDK tagged), a band of approx. 40 kDa band was observed. No bands were observed in mock-transfected HEK293 and the same band was observed using anti-myc tag antibody.
