Application Notes: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:8000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90  kDa band in Human Liver and Ovary lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 117  kDa according to NP_955356.1and NP_001096123.1. The 90  kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
