Specificity
This antibody reacts with CD15, a cell membrane molecule 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine (3-FAL) strongly expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, mast cells, it is also present on Langerhans cells and some myeloid precursors cells.
