Application Notes
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections at 1:10.000 and frozen sections), ELISA and Western blot. IHC paraffin sections require antigen retrieval using pronase or heat/sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use.
