    Handling Advice
Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 µL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 µL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below.

    Background

Synonyms: Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgM Fc5μ Antibody Biotin Conjugation, Goat Fab2 Anti-Human IgM Fc5μ Biotin Conjugated Antibody

Background: F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgM Fc5μ Biotin Antibody generated in goat detects specifically the Fc5μ portion of the human IgM heavy chain. Immunoglobulin M is the largest antibody isotype and the first to be secreted against an initial exposure to antigen. IgM is predominantly produced in the spleen. Formed from covalently linking 5 immunoglobulins together. F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgM Fc5μ antibody is ideal for investigators in Immunology, Microbiology, and Cell Biology.
