Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human MARCKS around the phosphorylation site of serine 158 (R-F-SP-F-K).
