IHC: use 1:100-1:200 dilution.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:100 -1:200 in IHC. A predigestion with proteolytic enzymes, e.g. trypsin, may be necessary before staining. This product can be also used on frozen tissue sections or on cell smears. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. - Comment
