- Background
- Actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 3, also known as ARPC3, is one of seven subunits of the human Arp2/3 protein complex. Localized to the cytoplasm and cytoskeleton, ARPC3 is thought to interact with p20-ARC and play an important role in the structural integrity of the protein complex. Recombinant human ARPC3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
