Biological Activity Comment: Recombinant Human CD31 activity was determined by its ability to support the adhesion of Jurkat human leukemic T cells. When cells are added to recombinant human CD31 coated plates ( 3.3 μg/mL , 100 μL/well ) in the presence of PMA , approximately 50% - 65% will adhere specifically after 30 minutes at 37°C

Storage Comment: The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 1 year from date of receipt at -20 °C. Upon reconstitution, this antibody can be stored in working aliquots at - 8 °C for one month, or at -20 °C for six months without detectable loss of activity.
