    HEK-293T Cells
    Purification tag / Conjugate
This CD31 protein is labelled with Fc Tag.
    Characteristics
Optimized DNA sequence encoding Human extracellular domain of human CD31including a C-terminal Fc tag was expressed in HEK293 cells.
    Purity
    > 95 %, as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
    Sterility
    0.2 μm filtered
    Endotoxin Level
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).
    Biological Activity Comment
Recombinant Human CD31 activity was determined by its ability to support the adhesion of Jurkat human leukemic T cells. When cells are added to recombinant human CD31 coated plates ( 3.3 μg/mL , 100 μL/well ) in the presence of PMA , approximately 50% - 65% will adhere specifically after 30 minutes at 37°C
