- Background
- STBD1 contains 1 CBM20 (carbohydrate binding type-20) domain and may have the capability to bind to carbohydrates. This protein is expressed at high level in skeletal and cardiac muscles. Recombinant human STBD1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
