    Background
TPPP3 belongs to the TPPP family and is localized in the cytoplasm. This protein binds tubulin and has microtubule bundling activity. TPPP3 may play a role in cell proliferation and mitosis. Recombinant human TPPP3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
