- Background
- TCL1B belongs to the TCL1 family and is expressed in a variety of tissues including placenta and testis. This protein enhances the phosphorylation and activation of AKT1 and AKT2. Recombinant human TCL1B protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
