    Background
SYNJ2BP contains 1 PDZ (DHR) domain. This protein binds (via the PDZ domain) to isoform 2A of SYNJ2 (via the unique motif in the C-terminus) and interacts with MAPK12. Recombinant human SYNJ2BP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
