- Background
- CHST10 also known as carbohydrate sulfotransferase 10. This protein was first identified as a sulfotransferase that acts on the human natural killer-1 (HNK-1) glycan. CHST10 is a carbohydrate involved in neurodevelopment and synaptic plasticity. Recombinant human CHST10 fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli.
