- Background
- Serine/threonine kinase 17b, also known as STK17B, belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. It acts as a positive regulator of apoptosis. This protein acts as a positive regulator of apoptosis. Recombinant human STK17B protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
