    Purification tag / Conjugate
This CDKL2 protein is labelled with GST tag.
    Application
    Western Blotting (WB)
    Cross-Reactivity
    Human
    Characteristics
    KKIAMRE, P56, Cyclin-dependent kinase-like 2, Protein kinase p56 KKIAMRE, Serine/threonine-protein kinase KKIAMRE
    Purification
Recombinant full-length human CDKL2 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-Terminal Glutathione-S-Transferase fusion protein. The purity was determined to be >80% by densitometry.
