Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20 mM Tris, 120 mM NaCl ( pH 7.5). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Storage: -20 °C,-80 °C

Background: CD73, an ecto-5'-Nucleotidase, is an ectoenzyme expressed by most cell types. The 5'-Nucleotidase activity of CD73 converts extracellular nucleoside-5'-monophosphates to nucleosides, with AMP as the preferred substrate. CD73 is one of several enzymes responsible for the production of extracellular adenosine, a signaling molecule that is involved in responses to inflammation and tissue injury.

Molecular Weight: 58.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
