    Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Core Antigen (AA 1-120) Recombinant. Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Nucleocapsid protein (p22). AA 1-120 encodes a 16 kDa protein. Contains a 6 histidine fusion partner. Appears as a monomer at approx. 19 kDa on Western blots (also as a dimer at approx. 34 kDa at higher loads).

  • Application Notes
    Suitable for use in ELISA and Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
