Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10 mM Citrate buffer ( pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer ( pH 8.0)]. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.VAV1 antibody detects VAV1 protein by Western blot analysis.A. 30 μg BCL-1 whole cell lysate/extract7.5 % SDS-PAGEVAV1 antibody (107-10386) dilution: 1:1000Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded serous OVCA, using VAV1(107-10386) antibody at 1:100 dilution.Sample(30 μg of whole cell lysate)A:MOLT4B:Raji 7.5 % SDS PAGE107-10386 diluted at 1:500
