Application Notes Western Blot 2-5 μg/mL, Simple Western 30 μg/mL, Flow Cytometry, ELISA 1:100 - 1:2000, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:10-1:500, Immunoprecipitation 1:10 - 1:500, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 5 μg/mL, Functional, In vitro assay, Flow (Intracellular) 1:10 - 1:1000, CyTOF-readyStaining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. In human PBMC, a ~120 kDa band is observed. A smaller isoform, TLR9 isoform B (Genbank accession no. AAF72190) containing 975 amino acids may also be observed in some cases. Use in Functional and in vitro reported in scientific literature (PMID 25411258). Use in ELISA reported in multiple pieces of scientific literature Use in Immunoprecipitation reported in scientific literature (PMID 25871979).
