Fruit Fly (Drosophila melanogaster) Chemokine (C-X-C Motif) Receptor 7 (CXCR7) interaction partners

  1. The scattershot allele results in an in-frame deletion of 8 amino acids at the junction of the third transmembrane domain and the second intracellular loop of Tre1 that dramatically impairs the function of this GPCR in germ cell migration.

  2. plays an important role in regulation of germ cell migration, polarity , cell adhesion, and cadherin binding. (review)

  3. Tre1 is a G protein-coupled receptor (show GPBAR1 ELISA Kits) that directs transepithelial migration of Drosophila germ cells

  4. Down-regulation of E-cadherin causes germ cell dispersal but is not sufficient for transepithelial migration in the absence of Tre1, suggesting a new mechanism for Tre1 GPCR function that links cell polarity, modulation of cell adhesion, and invasion.

  1. Developmental expression patterns of chemokines CXCL11 (show CXCL11 ELISA Kits), CXCL12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits) and their receptor CXCR7 in testes

  2. STAT3 (show STAT3 ELISA Kits) signaling downstream of CXCR7 is involved in miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-101 regulation of breast cancer cell behaviors.

  3. CXCR7 is expressed on NogoA (show RTN4 ELISA Kits)- and Nkx2.2 (show Nkx2-2 ELISA Kits)-positive oligodendroglial cells in human multiple sclerosis brains.

  4. This study found that elevated mRNA levels for CXCR7 (+29%; p<.0001) and CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) (+14%, p=.052) in schizophrenia subjects.

  5. the roles of CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits), CXCR7, and CXCL12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits) are associated with trophoblastic cells apoptosis and may be linked to the occurrence and development of severe preeclampsia

  6. Dimers CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) and CXCR7 are involved in TFF3 (show TFF3 ELISA Kits)-dependent activation of cell migration, but not cell proliferation. The ERK1/2 (show MAPK1/3 ELISA Kits) pathway is activated in the process, but not influenced by CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) or CXCR7.

  7. The study shows that CXCR7 is an important modulator of cell proliferation and cell cycle progression of CXCR7-expressing breast cancer cells.

  8. Review of the role of chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits) receptors CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits)/CXCR7 and their primary heterodimeric ligands CXCL12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits) and CXCL12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits)/high mobility group box 1 (show HMGB1 ELISA Kits) in pancreatic cancer growth and development.

  9. CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) affects the prognosis of HCC (show FAM126A ELISA Kits) patients but CXCR7 does not.

  10. Data indicate that CXC chemokine (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits) CXCL14 (show CXCL14 ELISA Kits), CXC chemokine receptor (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) CXCR7 and the ratio between CXC chemokine receptor CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits)-2 and CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits)-1 could predict diseae free survival in Ewing sarcoma patients.

  1. Sata demonstrate that CXCR7 has a role in the positioning of hem and pallium-subpallium boundary-derived Cajal-Retzius (CR)cells, CXCL12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits) regulating CR cell subpial localization through the combined action of CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) and CXCR7.

  2. CXCR7 acts to prevent epithelial damage and ameliorate fibrosis after a single lung injury, repeated injury leads to suppression of CXCR7 expression and recruitment of VEGFR1 (show FLT1 ELISA Kits) expressing macrophages, Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) and Notch (show NOTCH1 ELISA Kits) signaling, and enhanced fibrosis.

  3. CXCR7 overexpression in MSCs reversed the inhibitory effect of high concentrations of SDF-1alpha.

  4. Collectively, our data demonstrate that CXCR7 suppression modulates microglial chemotaxis to ameliorate EAE.

  5. Both CXCR7 and Rac1 are required for extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK) 1 (show MAPK3 ELISA Kits)/2 activation and subsequent NPC (show NPC1 ELISA Kits) migration, indicating that CXCR7 could serve as a functional receptor in CXCL12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits)-mediated NPC (show NPC1 ELISA Kits) migration independent of CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits).

  6. Blockade of CXCR7 suppressed MIF (show MIF ELISA Kits)-mediated ERK (show EPHB2 ELISA Kits)- and zeta-chain-associated protein kinase (show CDK7 ELISA Kits) (ZAP)-70 (show ZAP70 ELISA Kits) activation

  7. The inhibitory effect of corticosterone on mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC (show MSC ELISA Kits)) migration might be mediated via decreasing the expression of CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) and CXCR7 in MSCs.

  8. the spermatogonial population may not only be simply controlled by interaction of Cxcl12 (show CXCL12 ELISA Kits) with Cxcr4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) but may also involve Cxcr7 as an important player

  9. Findings indicate that upregulation of CXCR7 expression is associated with tumor invasion in colorectal cancer.

  10. These findings identify CXCR7-mediated STAT3 (show STAT3 ELISA Kits) activation and modulation of the tumor microenvironment as novel regulation of breast cancer growth and metastasis.

CXCR7 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family. Although this protein was earlier thought to be a receptor for vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), it is now considered to be an orphan receptor, in that its endogenous ligand has not been identified. The protein is also a coreceptor for human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV). Translocations involving this gene and HMGA2 on chromosome 12 have been observed in lipomas.
