Immunogen Purified recombinant fragment of human RAG1 (AA 818-868) expressed in E. coli.
Clone 1D9
Isotype IgG1
Purification Purified
Alternative Name RAG1
Background Synonyms:
RAG-1, RNF74, MGC43321
The protein encoded by this gene is involved in activation of immunoglobulin V-D-J recombination. The encoded protein is involved in recognition of the DNA substrate, but stable binding and cleavage activity also requires RAG2. Defects in this gene can be the cause of several diseases.
Molecular Weight 119 kDa
Gene ID 5896
Application Notes Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1/10000, WB: 1/500 - 1/2000
Not yet tested in other applications.
Determining optimal working dilutions by titration test.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Buffer PBS with 0.05 % sodium azide and 0.5 % protein stabilizer
Preservative Sodium azide
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store at 4 °C or at -20 °C for long term.
