Sequence ILSPGGSCGP IKVKTEPTED SGISLEMAAV TVKEESEDPD YYQYNIQGSH
Predicted Reactivity Bovine : 100 %, Dog : 100 %, Guinea pig : 100 %, Horse : 100 %, Human : 100 %, Mouse : 100 %, Pig : 100 %, Rat : 100 %, Chicken : 90 %
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against GTF2I. It was validated on Western Blot and immunohistochemistry.
Purification Affinity Purified
Alternative Name GTF2I
Background GTF2I encodes a multifunctional phosphoprotein with roles in transcription and signal transduction. It is deleted in Williams-Beuren syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at chromosome 7q11.23. The exon(s) encoding 5' UTR has not been fully defined, but this gene is known to contain at least 34 exons, and its alternative splicing generates 4 transcript variants.
Molecular Weight 110 kDa
Gene ID 2969
NCBI Accession NP_127493, NM_033000
UniProt Q75M86
Application Notes Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
