Immunogen Synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal of human TRIM10
Sequence RVSLDYEVGW VTFTNAVTRE PIYTFTASFT RKVIPFFGLW GRGSSFSLSS
Predicted Reactivity Human : 100 %, Pig : 90 %, Guinea pig : 80 %, Horse : 80 %, Rabbit : 80 %, Dog : 70 %
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against TRIM10. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.
Purification Protein A purified
Alternative Name TRIM10
Background TRIM10 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. This protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies. Studies in mice suggest that this protein plays a role in terminal differentiation of erythroid cells.
Molecular Weight 55 kDa
Gene ID 10107
NCBI Accession NM_006778, NP_006769
UniProt Q9UDY6
Application Notes Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
