Immunogen Synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of human ANXA13
Sequence EPEAPQPAKA SSPQGFDVDR DAKKLNKACK GMGTNEAAII EILSGRTSDE
Predicted Reactivity Human : 100 %, Pig : 100 %, Guinea pig : 90 %
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against ANXA13. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.
Purification Protein A purified
Alternative Name ANXA13
Background ANXA13 encodes a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. The specific function of ANXA13 has not yet been determined, however, it is associated with the plasma membrane of undifferentiated, proliferating endothelial cells and differentiated villus enterocytes.
Molecular Weight 39 kDa
Gene ID 312
NCBI Accession NP_001003954, NM_001003954
UniProt P27216
Application Notes Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
