- Specificity
- This antibody has been tested for specificity against a complete panel of organisms obtained from the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and the ATCC.
- Cross-Reactivity (Details)
- This clone is specific and is highly reactive with CD8 antigen. (MW 32kDa). Enumerates T Supressor/cytotoxin subset in peripheral blood and tissue. Antibodies react with alpha-alpha homodimers and alpha-beta heterodimers of CD8antigen, but not with beta-beta homodimers. Antibodies cross-block with Leu 2a and OKT8.
